Why do business with us?

We sell Quality inks and printer cartridges. We currently supply bulk inks to 3 photo studios and one graphics shop, not to mention the ink dealer who sells 20-40 of our refill kits per week at computer shows, with repeat customers. One of the photo studios has been buying bulk ink from us for almost 5 years now, placing more than 25 orders to date.

Our cartridge supplier is an industry leader in quality remanufactured inkjet cartridges. To our knowledge, they are the only company willing to stand behind their product with a toll-free tech support phone center for our customers.

We have been in business for over 5 years and we are working to expand our customer base and product line. Our best advertising is word of mouth by customers who are pleased with the products that we offer.

How much money will I save refilling my own cartridges?

The savings range depending on which printer you own. Let's use the HP51645 cartridge as an example. This Black Refill Kit costs $13.90 for 3 refills. A new cartridge would cost between $25 and $35 depending on where you live, but only costs about $4.63 if you buy the 4oz Kit. Your savings increase substantially when you come back and buy just the Bulk Ink.

Are your inks as good as the Original Inks?

The inks we offer perfectly match OEM printing specifications and are specially formulated for your printer. In some ways, the inks we offer are superior in terms of reduced nozzle clogging, prolonged printhead life, and improved inkjet output and definition. Also, you may notice crisper blacks and brighter colors.

How can I stop wasting my leftover colored inks?

As you know, one of your color chambers usually runs out before the others. The great thing about refilling your own cartridges is that you no longer have to waste the other inks. Simply refill the empty chamber and top off the others.

Will using refilled cartridges void the Manufacturer's Warranty?

The answer to this question is a simple NO! Thanks to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act. United States Code Annotated - Title 15 Commerce And Trade - Chapter 50 - 2302 Consumer Product Warranties, etc....

In plain English, this states that the manufacturer of your printer can NOT legally void the warranty on your printer because you use a third-party manufactured item or service. This is the law, and all printer manufacturers know about this law, although their technicians will often ignore this law and still try to threaten you. Therefore: You can use a refill kit or a compatible cartridge in your new, under warranty printer without fear of voiding the warranty as long as the kit or cartridge was designed to be used in your printer.

You should know that manufacturers are not required to repair products that are under warranty for free if damage is done by a part that was defective and not from the manufacturer. So, if you ever get your printer serviced by the retailer, or bring it in for service, take out the refilled cartridge. The reason for this is because the retailer that sold you the printer will probably have their own parts and service warranty plan, and to save themselves money, will probably blame any problems on the refilled cartridge.

Is it difficult, and How much time will it take me to refill my cartridge?

It is not difficult at all. One of our customers has only one hand and he refills quite successfully. It is a simple process once you get the hang of it. For many people, refilling becomes ridiculously easy. Typically it takes 5 to 15 minutes the first time you try refilling. You will probably make a mess, but just wear old clothes and work over the sink or newspaper. When you master the process it usually only takes a few minutes to do the refill. It saves you a trip to the store to buy a new cartridge, and can actually be quite satisfying, knowing that your hard earned money can be spent elsewhere.

Is it Messy?

If you are careful, it shouldn't be too messy. You should take the proper precautions (wear old clothes, work over a sink or sheets of newspaper) ...after all accidents do happen! At first, you might get some ink on your hands, but it really isn't a big deal. The ink can be removed quickly by using a mild bleach solution. Soap and water can also be used but may not be as effective as the bleach. Once you get the hang of refilling, the chances of an accident will lessen considerably.

Do I need to be technically gifted to refill my cartridge?

Not at all. It really isn't that difficult. It is a different method than you are used to (installing a VERY expensive cartridge into your printer), but you can learn to refill with success. All you have to be able to do is: 1. read the instructions 2. follow the directions given 3. have normal function of your hands. 4. Take your time until you have mastered the procedures.

Do different printers and models use different inks?

YES! Using the same ink in all cartridges is like using the same oil in your car, lawnmower, outboard motor, chainsaw, etc. In fact, most printer lines have different inks for different printer models. For example an HP51626A and HP51629A - although identical cartridges - use different inks. The Canon BC-02, BCI-3, BCI-6, BCI-21 cartridges all use different inks. It is very important to order the proper refill kit for your specific printer and cartridge type.

Are your Kits Guaranteed?

If you still can't get the results you are looking for, we will issue a refund. You must return the unused portion of of the inks and all tools to us. Upon receipt of the kit we will then issue a refund.

What if I can't do it?

Almost anyone can refill their own printer cartridges. You'll never know unless you try. And if you succeed, think of the savings that you will realize. If you have problems, please consult our Refill Tips and Tech Support and don't give up on the first attempt. These refill kits work - plain and simple - you have nothing to loose. If you absolutely can't do it we will gladly refund your money.

Is there any sacrifice in print quality?

There should be no sacrifice in print quality. The inks we sell perfectly match OEM printing specifications and are specially formulated for your printer. If anything you might notice the colors are a little more vibrant.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not buy photo color inks for your standard color cartridge, you will end up with washed out colors. Photo inks (AKA) "Light Inks" are just transitional shading inks. There is nothing superior about Photo inks in relationship to the standard colors.

Is ordering over the Internet safe?

While no credit card transaction service is 100% secure, ordering from a secured ordering service online is absolutely the safest way to conduct a credit card transaction anywhere! It is safer than using your credit card at a gas station, restaurant, or through a telephone ordering service. If you still have reservations and want to order the conventional way, you can choose "Pay by check or money order", print out the page, and then send it in along with your payment.

How many times can you refill a cartridge?

Many Cartridges can be refilled about ten times. It depends on the type of cartridge you have. Cartridges with the print head built in generally can be refilled anywhere from 4 - 15 times, rarely more. Keeping plenty of ink in the cartridge and cleaning the copper circuitry before installing the refilled cartridge in the printer will go a long way to the number of times you will be able to refill your printer cartridge. Cartridges without the print head in them, in theory, can be refilled many, many times. One of our customers managed 80+ refills from an Epson ink tank. However other factors can affect longevity, such as drying out of the sponges or cracking of the body of the cartridge. There are ways you can prolong the life of your cartridge so that you get as many refills as you can for maximum savings.

• Never let a cartridge run dry (cartridges with built in print heads can burn out their resistors if run while dry). Having an extra cartridge, already refilled, is always a good idea.

• Get in the habit of topping off your cartridge instead of waiting until it runs out.

• Try not to touch the copper plate on print head cartridges. If you should, just clean the plate with rubbing alcohol to remove any residual oil from your hands.

• Always try to refill your cartridge IMMEDIATELY upon running out of ink. If you can't refill immediately, then store your cartridge in a closed baggie with a damp paper towel.

What comes in a Refill Kit?

Each Kit contains the ink(s), a syringe and needle for each color, any needed peripherals (access tool, plugs, etc) and complete Refill Instructions. One exception on the tools is that the "chip resetter" required for some Epsons is not included.

How long will it take for your Kits to get to me?

Shipping via UPS or the US Postal Service will be at our discretion based on the weight and the destination.

Only continental US orders will be considered for shipping via UPS, generally on the same business day if order is received by 2pm Central Time.

Orders shipping out via the US Postal Service (Canadian, outside the continental US, light-weight, etc) will generally go out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

In 98% of the cases, you can expect to receive your order 3-7 days after ordering date.

If unforeseen circumstances prevent your order from going out, we will attempt to contact you via e-mail.

Please remember that we cannot guarantee the timeliness of the delivery if UPS or the USPS should be slow in delivering, or should lose, your order. In all our years of doing business, they have not lost one yet....but some have taken a scenic tour of the United States. In the rare case that your order is lost, we will replace it.

Why do the printer manufacturers tell me not to refill?

The answer is simple. They practically give the printers away in hopes of having you as a captive customer for life, by selling you over-priced printer cartridges. And then, some printer manufacturers sell "High Yield" (sometimes with a different number) on some cartridges that look exactly like the standard yield cartridge. Now, what makes some cartridges "High Yield"? They filled them to capacity. The standard yield cartridge, which is cheaper (and the one that comes in your printer), was only half filled at best.

They are trying to scare you by saying "We will void the warranty if you refill". Why do they say this? Because they WANT YOU TO KEEP BUYING THEIR CARTRIDGES. Refilling is completely harmless and will not damage your printer. And how are they ever going to know you refilled unless you tell them? But unfortunately, not all inks, refill kits and compatible products are made equal. Many "here-today...gone-tomorrow" companies ruin our good reputation by providing substandard products.
