INK-Etc guarantees your satisfaction with our products. The Premium quality inks that we offer are fully compatible with your cartridges and will not harm or damage your printer in any way. If you are not able to successfully refill at least one printer cartridge using our refill kit(s) and our technical support is unable to help you, you may return the unused portion of the refill kit(s) for a full refund less shipping. Our money back guarantee is for 60 days from the day that we ship the product to you.

All we ask is:
1. Try to refill your cartridge at least once.
2. Consult our Refill Tips and/or contact our Free Tech Support if you encounter any problems.
3. If your remanufactured cartridge says "Responsible", then call the Toll Free number on the front of the package. That support team will work with you on troubleshooting and will replace the cartridge if need be.
4. For any other products that we offer, follow the procedures below.
5. Before returning any product you must contact us for a Return Authorization.
6. Use Delivery Confirmation when returning via the US Postal Service.
If you are returning refill kit(s), we will issue a refund upon receipt of the unused inks and all tools.
Upon receipt of the cartridges, we will issue a full refund. All refunds will issued by a check. We do not reimburse the shipping cost in either direction.
Liability:
Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of our products.
Shipping Policy:
Shipping is generally done on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays via the US Postal Service or UPS. Method of shipping will be at our discretion based on the weight and destination. Cut off time for processing orders received on these days will be 11:30am Central Time.
Only continental US orders will be considered for shipping via UPS.
If unforeseen circumstances prevent your order from going out, we will attempt to contact you via e-mail.
Please remember that we are not to blame if the UPS or the USPS should be slow in delivering, or should lose your order. In all our years of doing business, they have not lost one yet....but some have taken a scenic tour of the United States. In the rare case that your order is lost, we will replace it.
Privacy Policy:
We respect the privacy of all our customers. Your information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without authorization from you.
The only exception to this is if you buy an inkjet cartridge. We need to give your name and address to our supplier so that they can ship your cartridge to you.
