U.S. Orders $50.00 and over, shipping is....................FREE
(once your order adds up to $50.00 or more, the shopping cart automatically removes
the shipping charges).
Shipping is generally done on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays via the US Postal Service or UPS. Method of shipping will be at our discretion based on the weight and destination.
Only continental US orders will be considered for shipping via UPS.
If unforeseen circumstances prevent your order from going out, we will attempt to contact you via e-mail.
Please remember that we are not to blame if the UPS or the USPS should be slow in delivering, or should lose your order. In all our years of doing business, they have not lost one yet....but some have taken a scenic tour of the United States. In the rare case that your order is lost, we will replace it

If you feel like your package has been delayed, you can track your package.
To track your package you will need the tracking number for your shipment.
You should have received an e-mail from UPS with the return address of "QuantumViewNotify@UPS.com".
This e-mail contained your UPS tracking number.
If you did not receive this e-mail then please e-mail us for the UPS tracking information.
Include your full name and phone number and order date. We will e-mail it to you shortly.
Then just enter the UPS tracking number in the tracking box below to find out the location and status of your package.
