If our shopping cart is not working correctly, it is probably because your computer is not allowing for necessary cookies. A Cookie is a small bit of information that is stored on your computer to "memorize" that you have placed products in the shopping cart. Cookies are required for our shopping cart.
Sometimes the problem is that you have too many cookies on your computer, causing your computer not to recognize any new cookies. If this is the case, it is a good idea to delete cookies from time to time.
To delete the contents of your cookie file, click on "Tools" on your toolbar, then click on "Internet Options"......in the middle of the page you will find "Temporary Internet Files"......then click on "Delete Cookies". This will free up memory in your cookie file so that the shopping cart should then work.
Sometimes "Pop up Blockers" will not allow the shopping cart to operate properly, in which case you may wish to turn if off.
Some "Firewall" software programs will keep a shopping cart from working, you may wish to temporarily disable it.
Another possibility may be that you have your Internet security set too high. You might try lowering the setting.
